New Menu for Deli Oasis Ara Damansara
New tastes introduced in the new menu release May 8th, 2011
Yes, we have agreed to put forward the new menu release on May 8th 2011. Overwhelming requests from our visitors and customers prompted us to seriously consider more options for lunch and evening serving. Selectively looking for the best, there are several new dishes waiting for your orders.
Let me introduce Mee Rebus Pattani. It is yellow noodle which is basically cooked with lots of fine green vegetables, garnished with fried onions and red chillies. It is served together with poached egg, prawns and fresh local beef. Contrary to what we use to see in KL in which mee rebus is always served with thick potato soup gravy while mee rebus Pattani is different. Plain tasty natural fresh vegetables and mixed ingredients become its natural soup, served hot from our wok station. This famous taste is although claimed as being served at various locations on the East Coast, not all would have distinguished its taste from the normal mee soup. Try ours, you would realize that we have chosen the finest taste from our Pantai Timur for our visitors and customers.
Mee Rebus Pattani
The second menu is called Devil Chicken Curry. Of course, the devil is not what is served, but its name comes from the fact that our ingredients are from fresh herbs we freshly mixed and blended ourself. The unique step of its preparation is due to the fact that this chicken curry does not use coconut cream or any milk. Taken away the guilty component of tasty curry, you still have tasty chicken curry without any worry. The taste is a Euro-Eastern fusion, meant for those who love curry but dare not to take them for health. Chef's fine ingredients are exactly what's worth trying trying for.
Devil Chicken Curry
For Malays, rice cake is known as nasi impit. It is not typical for Malays to have rice cake fried similar to fried rice. We improvise the menu and for your fine new taste, you should try our fried rice cake. Fired under extreme flame stirred tastefully with our fine gravy sauce, you'd find our fried rice cake fulfilling.
Fried Rice Cake
Also, we have Sup Tulang based on many requests so far.
Sup Tulang - of course, not just bones..!!
